Xavier continues to value leadership development as a constitutive
element of our educational goal. We've created a year-long leadership
institute which involves a series of skill based workshops, discussions,
and experiential learning opportunities. Through these, participants
are challenged and given the opportunity to explore their development
as competent, conscientious, and compassionate leaders for their
peers as well as the broader island community.
The Xavier family is proud of the contributions of our alumni
in the building of these island nations. Xavier graduates
have and continue to serve their respective island communities
as teachers, administrators, religious leaders, presidents, conservationists,
doctors, business owners, politicians, and other areas important
to the lives of people.
